SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY AND REFUNDS UPS is our courier for all shipments. Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Please plan accordingly as orders will not ship on these dates. All orders are automatically processed and we cannot speed up or delay shipping times. 


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Currently, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, and the Islands. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.


REFUNDS You can return any item purchased from the Tulson Tolf online store within 14 days of the delivery date. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, with labels, safety and hygiene ties and packaging included. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid cardboard box) and affix the prepaid UPS label that we send to you inside the box when you purchase. Contact UPS (www.ups.com) to arrange pick-up of your package where and when you want it. Returns are made within 14 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email. The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method used:


-Credit card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days after the return acceptance confirmation email. How long it takes to restore credit to your account is up to the Credit Card Issuer.

-PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the return confirmation email.


GLOBAL CUSTOMS SHIPPING Tulson Tolf makes global shipments from its online store. Each country updates its own customs regulations regarding the entry of trade with other countries. Depending on the country in which you buy customs from that country, it is likely that you will be charged a percentage of the product as a customs process in your destination country. Tulson Tolf does not have access to such information, and therefore is not responsible for such extra costs that each country may impose. We recommend that you inquire about the customs policy of your country to know the costs that you would have to pay your customs in order to withdraw your purchase. In the event that the customer does not withdraw the customs product, the payment for their products will be returned, but not the shipping.
